Updating apps on iphone not working
Make sure you are logged into the same i Tunes account that you used to purchase the app Although i Tunes or your device may show an update is available, you need to be logged into the original i Tunes account that you used to purchase the app to be able to download any updates. If the app was downloaded to i Tunes on your computer, you can verify the i Tunes account by opening the i Tunes application, clicking .This is the Apple ID that was used to purchase the app.If it makes any difference, the error message that sometimes/eventually appears (after tapping Download or Update, the circle starts spinning and then shows the circle with the square Stop button in the middle, but nothing else happens) reads "Unable to purchase", not "Unable to download".This still does not make sense as none of the downloads/updates require payment, they are all free. For instructions on updating Proloquo2Go, please see: How do I update to a new version?Although we do not have an FAQ on updating Pictello, you can basically follow the same instructions for updating Proloquo2Go.Let it refresh the list and the problem should be resolved. There is an issue where it won't update but opens when you press "update" if you're not on the i OS 8.x versions.
I cannot see what this would solve if the downloads/updates will not work even when I am not connected to wifi and have LTE signal, and my Settings are always set to use cellular data for apps when not connected to wifi. There is literally nothing else wrong with the phone, nothing wrong with my billing info, the circle just spins forever and sometimes the message appears "Unable to Download".I have over 72 pending updates, and I even tried stopping all of them and trying to update one at a time. I am now, after resetting network settings and reconnecting to the wifi, but will not download or update whether I am connected to Wi-Fi (strong signal strength, sitting right across from the router, full LTE data signal without Wi-Fi).I'd rather not take the extreme route of restoring my device if possible. I had same problem and fixed it by closing the app down then reopening it, selecting the updates tab, then quickly press on 'update all' before the app updates revert back to 'open'..You only have a split second to do this but it did work Force quit the App Store (open the App Store, then hold power until the slide to power off slider appears, then hold home until the app quits), then reopen it and go to the Updates tab.
